Shannon Vista Neighbors, The HOA board has asked our management company to resume sending violation letters starting no later than June 1, 2020. Unfortunately there are too many major violations being noticed in the neighborhood. Please take the next few days/weeks to correct any violations i.e. RV’s, blow-up pools, unkempt yards, faded shutters, mold, etc. With restrictions starting to be lifted in our area the board feels it is now appropriate to once again keep our neighborhood looking great!
