Hello Residents,
There have been a lot of questions regarding the rental amendment. The purpose is to keep more rental companies from buying in our community. This amendment would require the purchaser to own the home for 12 months before it can be rented out.
There is a board meeting on September 17th at 7pm. It is an open meeting, feel free to attend. We will also set up a table in the parking lot at 6pm that evening for residents to stop by and sign the amendment. If you were at the annual meeting, we will need you to sign again because your vote was never recorded.
