We understand that a few violations from the past have been reopened on your account. Please be assured that these violations will not generate a new letter, and the management company acknowledges that these violations have been closed for several months.
The reopening of these violations was due to a system error that needed to be corrected to prevent them from appearing on our end or remailing.
