The board would like to put out a few friendly reminders.
The pool closes at dusk. At this time we have the cards programmed to turn off at 8:00 pm. That means everyone needs to be off the pool deck by dusk. It is a liability issue to be on the pool deck after dark. We are not insured for night swim due to no pool or deck lights. If we are in violation, the county can, and will shut our pool down.
Parents, we have noticed kids being at the pool without adult supervision as well and this is a huge safety issue. Please ensure that all children that are at the pool have proper adult supervision at ALL times.
There is NO smoking or vaping on the pool deck. Please go outside the pool gate.
NO glass bottles or containers allowed on the pool deck. Everything needs to be in cans or plastic containers. If glass is broken and finds its way into the pool it will have to be drained/cleaned/refilled, all which will come out of the communities budget.
