Several people had trouble with their key fobs at the pool this weekend. We have contacted the company, made them aware of the issue, and they will be sending out new fobs to those who were affected. They will be mailed directly to your home. Once you receive the new fob, please let us know if you are still having issues. Sorry for any inconvenience. Also please note that the fobs only work on the pool gate and not the clubhouse (unless booked for rental). The only time your fob will work on the clubhouse is if you have rented the space for a certain day they will be made active to work on the clubhouse for that time period.
