We hope everyone had a nice weekend. Your 2021 annual mailing was approved today for printing, and those should be mailed to you very soon. Because of the late mailing, no one will receive late charges on these assessments for January.
When your statement arrives in the mail, it will be for the first half of the year's dues. You will receive a similar statement in June 2021 for the second half of the year's dues. With this mailing, you will also receive the attached PDF, which includes an updated collection policy, and update violation policy, and information on ratifying the budget. After review, if there are any questions, please let us know.
We have also included a payment options document so you can read about our several options to pay. If you have any questions about this, please let us know.
