[Meeting] Budget Information

This message was posted on TownSq we just want to make sure we post it here as well.

The Board and Associa would like to invite you to a virtual meeting to discuss the 2021 proposed budget. We hope you received the the 2021 budget along with a ballot with your 2021 coupons via USPS. If you did not, please let us know. We have attached those items as well, along with a document that compares the 2020 budget to the 2021 budget. We will be going over these items during the virtual meeting.

If you have questions about the budget or the proposed increase, please email those to me at malia.stewart@associa.us by 5pm on Monday, January 11, 2021 so that we can go ahead and compile a list of questions and answer them during the meeting. There will be Q&A during the meeting as well, but any questions provided ahead of time will be appreciated.

Please note that your budget ballot was supposed to come with an envelope, which was not included. Rebecca and I planned to come around to each home this week, but the Board and Associa have agreed not to do this since 1) we want to host the meeting on the budget next week and 2) the ballot can be emailed in instead of mailed.
