[Important Notice] Mailing and Dues

Shannon Vista Neighbors:

Today you may have received two mailings from Associa Management.

In one the packet stated the dues were $310 twice a year.

In the other the packet stated the dues were $341 twice a year. The Board is confused why this went out this way.

The dues have been increased to $341 to cover the costs of running the neighborhood to our high standards.

We ask that you please ignore the $310 and pay the $341 as soon as possible.

The Board is in contact with Associa and are asking them to correct their mistake.
