Important Note

Dear Neighbors,


You recently received a mailing from our new management company, Associa Carolinas.

On the resident information sheet there is a waiver section requiring a signature. The HOA Board wants to let you know that section was NOT requested to be put on by the Board. That section was put in the letter entirely by the new company. The Board cannot recommend neighbors sign or not sign that section—that decision is up to each homeowner. The Board does recommend sending the other resident information to the company, as that makes communication easier.

Please remember that homeowners are liable by and must continue to abide by our CCR’s.


The new company will continue the Boards request to be vigilant on violations.  If you receive a violation letter, reach out to Associa Management and correct the issue.


The Board is very excited about the new company. Of course we will have bumps in the road during the transition. The Board asks for patience during this time.
