As you all know the community has transitioned to a new Management Company (Associa Carolinas). With this comes a new location to pay dues, read meeting minutes and other various HOA related functions. Similar to our last management company, Associa provides us a website where the above mentioned functions take place, this website is known as TownSq (pronounced Town Square). If you haven’t had the time to do so, please take the time to sign up! Who is eligible to sign up?
Any person listed on the Deed for your property/lot will be able to sign up.
Once you are signed up, you can add family members to the account as well.
What do I need to sign up?
Each property/lot has a unique account number within TownSq. In order to obtain this you’ll need to reach out to:
