You may have heard about (or received) a letter from our attorney stating there is an issue with 54 homes in our neighborhood not being titled correctly.
In short, this means these homes are not part of the association. That means they are not required to pay dues or follow our CCR’s. This also means those homes may not use any of our amenities (pool, fields, future playground, etc.).
The letter sent requests the homes to join the association at no cost to them.
At our April 20th meeting we are asking as many residents to come and speak to our attorney for complete details.
We hope to answer all questions that night pertaining to this issue.
If your neighbor received this letter, please encourage them to join and continue to be apart of the association. The HOA uses the dues to pay the contracts, bills, and general maintenance. If the HOA does not receive the full yearly amount, the difference will be passed on to existing HOA homes.
