Shannon Vista Residents,
The board would like to apologize for the delays in getting the damaged fence repaired on Verrazano. Unfortunately, we ran into delays with getting the insurance money from the party involved, delays due to our community manager with Associa leaving and having to bring a new one up to speed, and also some delays with getting contractors out to do the work. We are working diligently to try and get this repaired ASAP and just wanted to provide a quick update. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
