Hello SV Residents ,
You may have seen some unfamiliar faces outside in your community.
The cleanup of the dry ponds has started and vendors have been onsite.
This was a needed project to bring all 3 dry ponds to compliance with the county.
The board reviewed 6 vendors scope of work and quotes before deciding and spoke to even more before that!
Thank you residents for your contribution to the community so this needed project could be completed. Attached is an aerial view of the 3 ponds and how they should look.
