What is a proxy form? Great question.
In order for your community to reach quorum and elect board members a certain number of votes is needed. That is why your vote is so important.
A proxy is you giving another owner the ability to vote for you who will be in attendance at the annual meeting. If you do not write the name of an owner to vote for you, the default voter is your current board president.
