For those that haven't seen the message on TownSq! Thank you to those who returned a Board of Director Application. We have compiled those and processed the attached mailing.
Please note that in accordance with your Bylaws, all ballots have to be mailed back to us so the voting is done in secret. When you receive your mailing, it will have instructions on how to mail the ballot back to us. In short, you will mail back to envelopes: one will have the ballot enclosed and the other will have your name on the outside so we can track who has voted.
I have attached the applications and the ballot you will receive, but please make sure to wait on your mailing before voting. If you do not have this mailing by next week, please let us know.
